HOW GOD SAVED MY THREE CHILDREN FROM THE SCHOOL BUILDING COLLAPSE IN PLATEAU. Proverbs 18:10 "The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe." My name is Brother Jude I want to thank the God of Chosen for rescuing my three children (Gideon Jude, Favour Jude and Esther Jude) from the building COLLAPSE that happened last week Friday. That Friday morning while i was at my shop, I heard their school had collapsed, I quickly left everything I was doing and rushed to the school only to find the school building disintegrated. I began to look for my three kids. I was declaring "I am a Chosen" believing that God of Chosen will not put me to shame. I witnessed as many children were rushed to the hospital by the rescue team both dead and injured. Surprisingly, I saw my son who is in Jss3 standing and not hurt, I asked him how he managed to escape the mishap since his class was at the second floor of the building. He said he noticed the building was shaking, as he stepped out of the class towards the balcony that was when the first floor collapsed, (that is his sister's class) without delay he jumped down to the ground from the second floor, immediately he jumped the whole building collapsed. I thanked God I had found one of my kids out of three, i continued looking for my daughters who were in Ss1 and Jss1, the people there told me they might have been rushed to the hospital. I went to the first hospital 'Bingham University teaching hospital' and examined the wards but could not find my daughters, I even checked the mortuary seeing over 25 children lying lifeless both males and females but still couldn't find them. I decided to go round and check before leaving to other hospitals. Behold, I saw my daughter (the One In Ss1) on drip In one of the wards with no injuries, in awe I asked her how she survived it since her class was at the last floor, she narrated how they were in class when they saw cracks on the wall as they wanted to start running out of the class one of her class mate got paralysed instantly out of anxiety. Before they knew what was happening, the class collapsed on them and blocks fell on the paralysed girl who died at the spot, out of fear they all began to ask God for mercy until shortly a crane came to their rescue and took those who were trapped. I then left in search of my third child at Plateau State Hospital, I got a call from someone at the hospital saying he was with my daughter that I should rush down to the hospital to meet her. To my highest surprise look at my daughter standing without sustaining any injury, how my daughter made it out alive without sustaining any scar marveled me, considering the fact that her class was at the first floor that collapsed. She was in the class when the building started shaking and then fell on them, she doesn't know how she found herself under a table that was far from her, meanwhile some of her classmates who were hit by blocks were lying lifeless. She and few of her classmates who survived remained under the rubble till they were later rescued. Brethren I want to thank God for not putting me to shame.
